From the center of Hveragerdi, head west on Laugavegur Street. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Þjóðvegur Road. Turn right onto Þjóðvegur Road and follow it for about 1.5 km until you reach the bus stop at Hveragerði. Here, you can catch a bus to Reykjavík. The bus journey will take you approximately 30 minutes.

If you are near the Hveragerði bus station, take the bus number 1 or 5 heading towards Reykjavík. The bus will make stops at various points in the city, including the main bus terminal in Reykjavík. Once you arrive at the terminal, you can transfer to a local bus or walk to Ölstofa, which is located at 43W9+6HG, Vegamótastígur. From the terminal, head east on Hringbraut Street for about 1 km until you reach Vegamótastígur, then turn left, and you will see Ölstofa on your right.

For a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Hveragerdi to Ölstofa in Reykjavík. Taxis are available at various locations around Hveragerdi and can take you directly to the address at Vegamótastígur. The drive typically takes around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
