    From central Hveragerdi, walk to the bus stop located at the intersection of Lágmúli and Reykjalundur. Catch the bus number 51 towards Reykjavík. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Lækjartorg in Reykjavík. Once you get off, follow the signs towards the city center and you will find additional signage pointing towards Skarfabakki Harbour, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

    If you prefer to walk, head towards the main road from your location in Hveragerdi, taking either Lágmúli or another main street towards the south. Follow the road until you reach the intersection with the Ring Road (Route 1). Turn left and continue walking on the side of the road. After approximately 4 km, you will come to the bus stop for Reykjavík. From there, you can catch a bus (#51 or #19) that will take you closer to Skarfabakki Harbour.
