From the center of Hveragerdi, head southeast on Þjóðvegur 1 (the main road). Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Take the fork to the left onto Urriðafossvegur. Keep walking straight for another 1 kilometer until you see the sign for Urriðafoss. The attraction will be on your right.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the town center and ride southeast on Þjóðvegur 1. After about 1.5 kilometers, take the left fork onto Urriðafossvegur. Continue for approximately 1 kilometer. Urriðafoss will be on your right side, and there is a small area to park your bicycle nearby.
Public Transport
While there is no direct public transport to Urriðafoss from Hveragerdi, you can take a bus from the Hveragerdi bus station towards Selfoss. Get off at the nearest stop to Urriðafoss, which may require a short walk. Ask the driver to help you with directions. From the bus stop, walk about 1 kilometer on Urriðafossvegur to reach Urriðafoss.
