Walking
From the center of Hveragerdi, head northwest on Lágmúli street towards Hveragerði town center. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and walk for approximately 3 kilometers. Once you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Kringlumýrarbraut. Continue straight for 4 kilometers until you see signs for Reykjavík. You will now be entering the city of Reykjavík. Follow the signs for Vesturbær. After about 3 kilometers, turn right onto Hofsvallagata. Vesturbæjarlaug will be on your left side at number 107.

From the Hveragerdi bus stop, take the bus number 51 towards Reykjavík. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Hlemmur', which is located in the city center. From Hlemmur, you can either take a short walk or transfer to bus number 14 towards Seltjarnarnes. Get off at the stop 'Hofsvallagata'. Vesturbæjarlaug will be just a few steps away from the bus stop at Hofsvallagata 107.
