Car
From Hveragerði, start by heading northwest on Þjóðvegur 1 (the main road). Continue on this road for about 40 kilometers until you reach a roundabout in Reykjavík. Take the first exit onto the Sæbraut road towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach another roundabout and take the second exit onto Fríkirkjuvegur. After a few blocks, turn left onto Skólavörðustígur. 12 Tónar will be on your right at number 15.
Public Transportation
Take the local bus from Hveragerði to Reykjavík. You can catch the bus at Hveragerði bus station. Make sure to take a bus that goes to the central bus terminal (BSÍ) in Reykjavík. Once you arrive at BSÍ, exit the terminal and head towards the bus stop for the city buses. Take bus number 12 or 13 towards Mjódd and get off at the stop called 'Skólavörðustígur'. From there, walk a few steps to number 15 where you will find 12 Tónar.
