Car
From the center of Hveragerði, head northwest on Þjóðvegur 1 (the Ring Road) towards Selfoss. Continue on Þjóðvegur 1 for approximately 10 km. As you approach Hella, look for the sign indicating the town. Once in Hella, turn right onto the road leading to RH9M+J7X. Follow the signs for Ægissíðufoss Waterfall, which will be a short drive from the main road.
Public Transportation
From the Hveragerði bus station, take the bus heading to Selfoss. The bus service is operated by Strætó, and you can check the schedule on their website. Once you reach Selfoss, transfer to a bus heading to Hella. After arriving in Hella, you can either walk or take a taxi to Ægissíðufoss Waterfall, which is approximately 3 km from the bus stop. Walking will take about 30 minutes.
