From Keflavik, walk to the bus stop located at 'Keflavik Airport'. Take the Flybus (or a similar service) towards Reykjavik. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when to get off at 'Hlemmur Bus Station' in Reykjavik. Once at Hlemmur, transfer to Bus 14, which will take you directly to Árbæjarlaug. Ride Bus 14 for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Árbæjarlaug'. The swimming pool will be a short walk away from the bus stop.

From Keflavik, you can take a taxi directly to Árbæjarlaug. This is the most convenient option if you prefer not to use public transport. Simply tell the driver the address 'Fylkisvegur 9, 110 Reykjavík'. The drive will take around 45 minutes depending on traffic.

If you are near the town center of Keflavik, you can walk to the local bus stop 'Keflavik - Fiskiðjan'. From there, take Bus 55 towards Reykjavik.
