Public Bus
From the center of Keflavik, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Hafnargata. Take the Strætó bus number 55 towards Garðabær. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Hafnarfjörður, Smiðjan'. From there, walk approximately 1.5 kilometers northeast along the main road, following the signs to Leiðarendi Lava Cave. The cave entrance is located at X5M4+RRJ, 221 Hafnarfjörður.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct option, you can hail a taxi from any location in Keflavik. Simply give the driver the address 'X5M4+RRJ, 221 Hafnarfjörður' or mention 'Leiðarendi Lava Cave'. The drive will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and would like to walk, start from the center of Keflavik and head towards the main road, Route 41. Follow Route 41 for about 3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 43. Turn left onto Route 43 and continue walking for another 3 kilometers until you see signs for Hafnarfjörður. Once in Hafnarfjörður, ask locals for directions to Leiðarendi Lava Cave, which is located at X5M4+RRJ.
