From Keflavik town center, walk to the bus stop at Keflavik Terminal (Bus Station). Take bus number 55 towards Reykjavík. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Hlemmur' bus stop. From there, transfer to bus number 15 towards 'Nauthólsvík'. After about 20 minutes, you will arrive at the 'Nauthólsvík' stop, which is a short walk from the geothermal beach.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Keflavik. Head southeast on Hafnargata towards the main road (Reykjanesbraut). Follow the road for about 20 kilometers until you reach Reykjavík. Once in Reykjavík, follow signs towards Nauthólsvík, which will lead you to the beach. The total ride is approximately 25 kilometers, so be prepared for a good workout!

Walking directly from Keflavik to Nauthólsvík is quite a long journey, approximately 30 kilometers. If you are up for it, start by heading southeast on Hafnargata, then merge onto Reykjanesbraut. Follow this road until you reach Reykjavík. Once you enter the city, ask locals for directions to Nauthólsvík. It’s a scenic route, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring plenty of water!
