Bus
From the center of Keflavik, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Keflavik Airport (KEF) bus terminal. Take the bus number 55 towards Reykjavík. The bus will take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach the city center. Once in Reykjavík, get off at the 'Hlemmur' bus stop. From there, you can switch to bus number 14 or 19 heading towards 'Borgartún.' Get off at the 'Borgartún' stop, which is a short walk to Reykjavík Escape located at Borgartún 6.
Taxi
You can take a taxi directly from Keflavik to Reykjavík Escape. Taxis are available outside the airport terminal. Inform the driver to take you to Borgartún 6, 105 Reykjavík. The journey will take around 40 minutes and will cost approximately 15,000 to 20,000 ISK depending on traffic. Ensure the driver knows exactly where to go, as Borgartún is a known street in the city.
Walking and Bus Combination
If you prefer a more scenic route, you can take a short walk to the bus stop at 'Keflavik Airport' and board bus number 55 to Reykjavík. Upon arrival at Hlemmur, walk towards the nearby 'BSÍ Bus Terminal' and transfer to bus number 14 or 19. After getting off at 'Borgartún,' you will find Reykjavík Escape just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop.
