Bus
From Keflavik, walk to the local bus station (Keflavik Bus Terminal). Take the Strætó bus number 55 towards Reykjavík. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the stop 'Hlemmur' in Reykjavík, which is a central bus terminal. From Hlemmur, you can transfer to bus number 1 towards 'Háskóli Íslands'. After a few stops, get off at 'Skólavörðuholt' stop. The destination is within walking distance from the bus stop.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Keflavik to Skólavörðuholt. This will be a 45-minute drive. You can easily book a taxi through local taxi services or use ride-sharing apps available in the area. Make sure to provide the driver with the address: Skólavörðuholt, 101 Reykjavík.
Walking/Bicycling
If you're feeling adventurous and would like to explore the area on foot or by bike, you can walk or bike from Keflavik to Skólavörðuholt. It will take approximately 2-3 hours to walk, or about 1 hour to bike. Follow the main road (Route 41) towards Reykjavík, and once you reach the city, navigate towards the Miðborg area. Use a map or GPS to guide you to the address: Skólavörðuholt, 101 Reykjavík.
