From central Keflavik, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Keflavik Airport'. Take the bus number 55 towards Reykjavík. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Hlemmur' bus stop in Reykjavík. From there, you can walk to The Einar Jónsson Museum. Head northeast on Laugavegur street for about 700 meters. Turn left onto Hallgrímstorg, and you will find the museum at Hallgrímstorg 3.
