If you're traveling by car, start from the town of Grindavík. Head east on Route 43 towards Reykjanesbær. After about 10 km, turn right onto Route 41 towards the airport. Continue on Route 41 for about 15 km, then merge onto Route 43 towards the Blue Lagoon. After passing the Blue Lagoon, continue for another 4 km before turning left onto a gravel road leading towards Selatangar. Follow the gravel road for about 2 km until you reach the Selatangar site. Parking is available near the site.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Reykjavík to Grindavík, which runs multiple times a day. Once in Grindavík, you can either walk (about 7 km) to Selatangar or arrange a taxi.
