Then take a left onto Road 427 (Grindavik to Reykjanes) and continue for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for the signs directing you to the hiking area for Solidified Lava. Once you reach VP77+G8, you will find parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Solidified Lava by public transportation, first take a bus from Reykjavik to Grindavik. The bus service is operated by Strætó, and you can check the schedule online.
