From the center of Kopavogur, head to the nearest bus stop (e.g., at the Kopavogur Town Hall). Take bus number 1 towards 'Höfðabakki.' Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the 'Borgarfjörður' stop. From the bus stop, walk for about 10 minutes towards the Borgarfjörður area, following signs to the water.
