From the center of Kopavogur, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at 'Kopavogur Centre'. Take the bus number 1 towards 'Reykjavík' and stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Disembark at the 'Hlemmur' bus stop. From there, walk towards Hverfisgata street; you will see The National Theatre of Iceland, located at Hverfisgata 19.

If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Kopavogur and head towards the coast. Follow the path along the water until you reach the bridge over the river. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the main road, which leads to Reykjavík. For those who enjoy cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental spots in Kopavogur. Start from the center and take the coastal path towards Reykjavík. Follow the signs for the cycling route that leads to the city. After about 5 kilometers, you will arrive in Reykjavík.
