    If you're traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Langjökull Glacier. Head southwest on Route 1 (the Ring Road) and then take Route 50 towards Húsafell. Continue on Route 50 for approximately 22 km until you reach the junction for Route 518 (also known as the road to Ok Glacier). Turn left onto Route 518 and follow it for about 15 km. You will see signs for Ok Glacier along the way. Park at the designated parking area for Ok Glacier, which is near the trailhead.

    For those using public transportation, take a bus from Reykjavík to Húsafell. Several companies operate this route, and the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Húsafell, you may need to arrange for a taxi to take you to the Ok Glacier trailhead, as public transportation does not go directly to the glacier. The taxi ride from Húsafell to Ok Glacier is roughly 15 km and should cost around 3,000-4,000 ISK.
