At the Varmahlíð intersection, turn onto Route 75 towards Skagafjörður. Continue for approximately 8 km, then turn left onto Kringlumýri road. Follow this road for about 1 km until you see the Kakalaskáli, located at Kringlumýri, Akrahreppur, 561, Varmahlíð. Ensure your vehicle is equipped for rural roads, especially in winter, as conditions can be challenging.
Public Transportation
If you're traveling by public transport, you can take a bus from Akureyri to Varmahlíð. Check the schedule for bus services that operate between Akureyri and Varmahlíð, as they may not run frequently.
