From the center of Ólafsvík, head towards the main road, which is also known as Þjóðvegur 54. Walk northwest along this road until you reach the intersection with Grundarbraut. Turn left onto Grundarbraut. Continue walking for approximately 1 km. You will see Reks on your right side at Grundarbraut 2.
Bicycle
If you are biking, start from the Ólafsvík harbor area. Take the path leading to Þjóðvegur 54 and follow it northwest. Once you reach the intersection with Grundarbraut, turn left. Reks will be approximately 1 km ahead on your right at Grundarbraut 2.
Public Transport
Currently, there are limited public transport options directly to Reks. However, you can take a local bus from the central bus station in Ólafsvík heading towards Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Get off at the nearest stop to Grundarbraut, and walk approximately 500 meters to Reks, which will be located at Grundarbraut 2.
