Start from the center of Saudarkrokur, at the main bus stop located on Aðalgata street. Head west on Aðalgata, and continue until you reach the intersection with Brekkugata. Turn left onto Brekkugata and follow it until you reach the end of the street. Here, you should see a signpost indicating the trail to Skrapatungurétt. Follow the marked trail, which will lead you through beautiful landscapes and is approximately a 30-minute walk from the center. Be sure to keep an eye out for any directional signs along the way.
