Getting There

Walking
From the center of Saudarkrokur, head east on Aðalgata street towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bakkavegur. Turn right onto Bakkavegur and follow it as it curves to the left. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for Varmahlíð. Continue on this road for another 4 kilometers, and you will arrive at Hafgrímsstaðir where Viking Rafting is located.

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Saudarkrokur. Start from the town center and cycle east on Aðalgata street. Once you reach Bakkavegur, turn right and follow the road, enjoying the beautiful scenery. It's about a 5-kilometer ride to Hafgrímsstaðir. Make sure to stay on the main road, and you will see Viking Rafting's location on your left.
