Bus
From Selfoss, walk to the Selfoss bus station located on Ásvegur street. Look for the bus schedule that services Reykjavík. Take bus number 51 towards Reykjavík. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Reykjavík, get off at the stop called 'Grafarvogur'. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Grafarvogslaug. Head north on Dalhús street, then turn left onto Andyri. Continue walking straight until you reach Dalhús 2, where Grafarvogslaug is located.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and want to experience the beautiful surroundings of Selfoss on foot, start from the center of Selfoss and walk towards the east along the riverside path. This scenic route will take you approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach the outskirts of Reykjavík. Once you reach the area of Grafarvogur, look for Dalhús street. Turn left on Dalhús and continue until you reach Andyri. Grafarvogslaug will be at Dalhús 2.
Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, rent a bike in Selfoss and head east towards Reykjavík. Follow the paths along the main road, taking care to stay safe on the roads. The ride to Grafarvogslaug is about 15 kilometers and will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive in the Grafarvogur area, look for Dalhús street. Ride along Dalhús until you reach Andyri; Grafarvogslaug is located at Dalhús 2.
