From Selfoss, head to the local bus station located on Austurvegi. Take the bus to Reykjavik, and get off at the stop near Kleifarvatn. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Kleifarvatn, follow the signs to the lake area, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.
