From Skaftafell, head east on the Ring Road (Route 1) towards Höfn. After about 2 kilometers, take a right turn onto Þórsmerkurvegur. Continue on this road for approximately 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Stigafoss. The waterfall is located just a short walk from the parking area.

If you are using public transportation, take the bus from the Skaftafell Visitor Center heading towards Höfn. Confirm with the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Þórsmerkurvegur.
