Car
If you are driving from the center of Snæfellsbær, head southeast on Route 54. Continue on Route 54 for about 12 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 574. Take a left onto Route 574 and follow it for about 6 kilometers. You will see signs for Selvallafoss. Turn right onto Vatnaleið and continue for about 1 kilometer. The waterfall will be on your left side, and there is a parking area nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Selvallafoss by public transport, take the bus from the Snæfellsbær Bus Station. Look for a route heading towards Ólafsvík or Hellissandur. You will need to transfer at the nearest stop to Route 574. Ask the bus driver to let you off at the junction. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk along Vatnaleið to the waterfall. Follow the road, and you will see signs directing you to Selvallafoss.
