If you are driving from Reykjavik, take Route 41 towards Keflavik. After approximately 30 km, follow signs to Route 43 towards Vogar. Continue on Route 43 until you see the signs for Vogar. Once in Vogar, turn onto Iðndalur street. Arctic Wind is located at Iðndalur 1. The drive takes about 45 minutes and there are no tolls along the way.
Public Transportation
From Reykjavik, take the bus from the BSI Bus Terminal. You can take the Strætó bus number 55 towards Vogar. The journey takes around 50 minutes to 1 hour. Get off at the stop 'Vogar' and from there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Arctic Wind at Iðndalur 1. Ensure to check the bus schedule as it may vary, especially on weekends.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route and convenience, you can take a taxi from Reykjavik to Arctic Wind. This option is more costly, usually around 10,000 ISK depending on the traffic and the taxi service used. The drive will take approximately 45 minutes.
