If you are driving from Reykjavik, take Route 41 towards Keflavik. After approximately 45 minutes, take the exit onto Route 43 towards Hafnir. Continue on Route 43 for about 10 minutes until you reach the Bridge Between Continents, located at V89F+8QH, Hafnir. There is free parking available at the site.
Public Transportation
From Reykjavik, take the bus operated by Strætó (Route 55) towards Keflavik. The journey takes around 1 hour. Get off at the stop 'Hafnir' which is the closest bus stop to the Bridge Between Continents. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the bridge. Please check the Strætó website for the latest schedules and ticket prices, which typically cost around 1,000 ISK for a single journey.

If you prefer a more direct route and convenience, you can take a taxi from Keflavik International Airport or from Reykjavik.
