Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the Þingvellir National Park area on the Laugavegur Trail. Head east on Route 36, then merge onto Route 1 (the Ring Road). Continue on Route 1 for approximately 40 km. Take the exit toward Route 30 and follow it for about 15 km. You will see signs for Fit. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at Paradise Cave, located at Fit, 861. Make sure to park in designated areas. Note that parking may incur a fee, so check for signage.

Using public transportation, take a bus from Reykjavik to Hella on the South Coast. From Hella, you will need to transfer to a local bus that services the area towards Fit. The bus services may not run frequently, so check the schedule in advance. Upon arriving in Fit, follow signs to Paradise Cave, which is a short walk from the bus stop (approximately 1 km). Ensure to have some cash for the bus fare as card payments may not be accepted.
