    If you are traveling by car, navigate to Viking World by following Route 41 from the town of Selfoss. Drive towards Reykjavík for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the town of Njarðvík. Once you arrive in Njarðvík, look for signs directing you to Víkingabraut. The museum is located at Víkingabraut 1, 260 Njarðvík. There is free parking available on the premises.

    Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Reykjavík to Njarðvík. Start by taking the Strætó bus number 55 from the Reykjavík BSI bus terminal. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Njarðvík bus stop, it's a short 15-minute walk to Viking World. Follow the main road, heading southeast towards Víkingabraut, and look for the museum on your right. Be sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time, as service may vary.
