Take Route 34 south, which will lead you towards the coastal area. Continue along Route 34 for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the ferry terminal at Landeyjahöfn. From there, you can take a ferry to Vestmannaeyjabær. The ferry ride takes about 35 minutes.
