From the center of Vik, head northeast on the main road (Route 1) towards the Dyrhólaey Peninsula. Walk for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the fork in the road. Take the right path leading towards Dyrhólaey. Continue walking for another 1.5 kilometers, passing by the Dyrhólaey lighthouse. The beach and the iconic rock arch will be visible from this path.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Vik. Start at the main street and head northeast on Route 1. Follow the same route as pedestrians for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the fork. Take the right path towards Dyrhólaey. Cycle for another 1.5 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views along the way until you arrive at Dyrhólaey Beach.
