If you are driving from Ísafjörður, take Route 61 towards Súðavík. Continue on Route 61 for about 30 minutes until you reach the intersection with Route 63. Turn left onto Route 63 and follow it for approximately 15 kilometers. Soon after, you will reach the turn-off for Bolafjall. The road will lead you up the mountain. Be prepared for narrow and winding roads as you ascend. Make sure to check the weather conditions before heading up, as it can be windy and cloudy at times.
