From Ísafjörður, take Route 61 heading south towards Þingeyri. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at a junction where you should turn left onto Route 63. Continue on Route 63 for about 15 minutes until you reach the small village of Suðureyri. From Suðureyri, take Route 63 northeast for about 25 minutes, and then take a right turn onto G587. Follow G587 for about 10 minutes until you reach Garðar BA 64, located at G587+P73 in Sauðlauksdalur.

Public Transport

For those using public transportation, start your journey from Ísafjörður by taking the bus service that heads to Þingeyri. Buses operate a few times a day, so check the local schedule in advance. Once you arrive in Þingeyri, you can catch a local taxi to Suðureyri. From Suðureyri, you will need to hire a taxi or arrange for a transfer to take you along Route 63 and G587 to Garðar BA 64.
