Bus
Start at the Rexburg Transit Center, located at 100 S 2nd E St. Board the Idaho Falls route bus. The bus will take you directly to Idaho Falls. Once you arrive at the Idaho Falls station, exit the bus and walk approximately 0.5 miles east to East Anderson St. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the East Idaho Aquarium at 570 E Anderson St.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Rexburg. Start from the center of Rexburg and head south on S 2nd W St. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with W 1st N St. Turn left onto W 1st N St and follow it until it merges with ID-26. Ride along ID-26 towards Idaho Falls. Once you reach Idaho Falls, follow the signs for East Anderson St, and the aquarium will be on your right at 570 E Anderson St.

If you prefer to walk, start at the Rexburg Idaho Temple located at 1700 2nd Ave. Head south on 2nd Ave until you reach the intersection with Main St. Turn right onto Main St and continue walking straight for about 1 mile. Then, turn left onto W 1st N St and follow it until you reach ID-26. Cross over and continue walking east towards Idaho Falls. Once you reach Idaho Falls, follow East Anderson St until you arrive at the East Idaho Aquarium, located at 570 E Anderson St.
