Bus
From downtown Rexburg, walk to the Rexburg Transit Center located at 100 East Main Street. Board the Route 1 bus towards Idaho Falls. The bus will take you directly to Idaho Falls. Once you arrive at the Idaho Falls Transit Center, transfer to Route 2 towards the Zoo. Get off at the stop closest to Carnival Way. From there, it’s a short walk to Tautphaus Park Zoo at 2725 Carnival Way.

Bicycle
Start at the Rexburg Idaho State University campus. Head south on University Blvd until you reach 1st Street. Turn left on 1st Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Highway 20. Take the bike lane along Highway 20 towards Idaho Falls. Follow the highway signs towards Idaho Falls and continue until you reach the exit for Tautphaus Park. Follow the signs to the zoo once you arrive in Idaho Falls.

If you're in central Rexburg, head to the nearest bus station and take a bus to Idaho Falls as walking directly to Idaho Falls is quite far. Once in Idaho Falls, walk south on Broadway Street until you reach the intersection with Carnival Way. Turn left on Carnival Way and continue walking until you reach Tautphaus Park Zoo at 2725 Carnival Way.
