From downtown Sandpoint, head south on 1st Avenue toward Cedar Street. Turn right onto Cedar Street and walk southwest until you reach the intersection with Highway 95. Cross Highway 95 at the crosswalk to reach the Sandpoint City Beach Park. Continue walking south along the beach path, enjoying the views of Lake Pend Oreille. Follow the path until you reach the end of the park, then turn left onto the trail that leads to Sagle. Keep walking along the path until you reach Serenity Lee Trail. The Long Bridge will be directly in front of you at the end of the trail.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can start at the Sandpoint City Beach Park. Head south along the waterfront bike path. This bike path is well-marked and offers beautiful views of the lake. Follow the path until you reach the junction with Highway 95. Carefully navigate the crossing and continue on the bike-friendly roads leading to Sagle. Keep an eye out for signage indicating Serenity Lee Trail. Once you reach the trail, park your bike and enjoy a short walk to The Long Bridge.
