Follow I-90 W for approximately 25 miles until you reach exit 15 for US-95 N toward Moscow. Continue on US-95 N for about 3 miles until you reach the junction with ID-97. Take ID-97 S, which will lead you directly into the Coeur d'Alene area. After about 5 miles on ID-97, turn left onto N Idaho Centennial Trail. Follow the signs for Higgens Point. Parking is available at the site.
