If you're driving to Snake River Overlook from within the Snake River Plain, start by heading towards the town of Hagerman. Take Highway 30 (also known as the Minidoka Highway) and follow the signs to Hagerman. Once you're in Hagerman, continue on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Highway 30. Turn onto Highway 30 East and follow it for approximately 3 miles. Look for signs directing you to the Snake River Overlook. The overlook is situated along the scenic route, so keep an eye out for the parking area on your right. There is no parking fee.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options are limited in this rural area, but you can take a bus to Hagerman. Check with local transit services for schedules. Once you arrive in Hagerman, you can use a rideshare service or taxi to reach the Snake River Overlook. The distance from Hagerman to the overlook is approximately 3 miles, and rideshare or taxi services may cost around $10 to $15.
Biking
