Take exit 33 for Idaho 45 N towards Nampa. After exiting, continue straight for about 5 miles. Turn left onto Iowa Ave, and you will find Lake Lowell Park at 12996 Iowa Ave, Nampa, ID 83686. Parking is available on-site, and there is no fee for entry.

From Boise, take the ValleyRide bus route 1 to the Nampa Transit Center. Once at the transit center, transfer to route 4 towards Lake Lowell. This route will take you close to the park.
