From downtown Twin Falls, start at the Twin Falls City Park located at 400 3rd Ave E. Head east on 3rd Ave E towards Main Ave S. Turn right onto Main Ave S and walk south until you reach 5th Ave S. Turn left onto 5th Ave S and continue for a few blocks until you see the entrance to Rock Creek Canyon Parkway on your right. Follow the pathway into the park.

If you are near the Twin Falls Greenbelt, start at the Greenbelt entrance located at 3000 River Dr N. Bike west along the Greenbelt path until you reach the intersection with Rock Creek Canyon Parkway. Turn right onto Rock Creek Canyon Parkway and continue along the path until you arrive at Old Towne Parkway Rock Creek, which will be on your right.
