To reach Grosse Point Lighthouse in Evanston from Arlington Heights, start by heading to the Arlington Heights Metra Station. Take the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Chicago. Ride the train for about 30 minutes until you reach the Chicago O'Hare station. Transfer to the Blue Line train towards Forest Park. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at the Washington station. Here, you will transfer to the Purple Line. Board the Purple Line train towards Linden and ride it for about 8 stops until you reach the Main station in Evanston. Once you exit the station, walk east towards Sheridan Road. Turn left (north) on Sheridan Road and walk for about 0.5 miles. Grosse Point Lighthouse will be on your right at 2601 Sheridan Rd.
