Public Bus
From Arlington Heights, walk to the nearest bus stop for the Pace Bus Route 696, which can be found along Arlington Heights Road. Board the bus heading towards the Arlington Park Metra Station. Once you reach the station, transfer to the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line train heading towards Chicago. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes and disembark at the Ogilvie Transportation Center. Upon exiting the station, walk towards Canal Street and turn right. Continue walking until you reach Madison Street, then turn left. Walk straight until you reach Michigan Avenue and turn right. Shoreline Sightseeing will be located at 401 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611.
Train
From Arlington Heights, head to the Arlington Heights Metra Station, located at 45 W Northwest Hwy. Board the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line train heading towards Chicago. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ogilvie Transportation Center, exit the station and walk towards Canal Street. Turn right on Canal Street and continue until you reach Madison Street. Turn left onto Madison Street and walk to Michigan Avenue. Turn right onto Michigan Avenue, and you will find Shoreline Sightseeing at 401 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental service in Arlington Heights. Start by heading south on Arlington Heights Road and follow the bike lanes towards Dundee Road. Continue to follow Dundee Road until you reach the intersection with Route 53. Use the underpass to cross Route 53 safely. Follow the bike path along the river until you reach the area near the Metra train tracks. You can then follow the bike lanes into downtown Chicago. Once in downtown, navigate to Michigan Avenue where Shoreline Sightseeing is located at 401 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611.
