If you are starting from downtown Aurora, head south on Broadway Ave toward E New York St. Continue on Broadway for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with E Galena Blvd. Turn left onto E Galena Blvd and walk for another half mile. After crossing the Fox River, continue straight onto IL-31 S. Walk for approximately 2 miles until you reach the intersection with W 7th Ave. Turn right onto W 7th Ave and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with S Brainard St. The Fort Payne Historic Site will be located at 450 S Brainard St, Naperville, IL 60540.
