    If you are in downtown Aurora, head to the Aurora Transportation Center located at 233 N Broadway Ave. From there, take the PACE Bus Route 530 towards 'Sullivan & 5th Ave'. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop near 5th Ave and Eola Rd. Walk north along 5th Ave for about 0.5 miles, and you will reach Oakhurst Forest Preserve at 1680 5th Ave.

  • Walking

    If you are close to the East Aurora High School area, you can walk to Oakhurst Forest Preserve. Head south on Eola Rd until you reach 5th Ave, then turn left. Continue walking along 5th Ave for about 1 mile until you reach the entrance of the preserve at 1680 5th Ave.

  • Biking

    For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from local rental shops in Aurora. Head towards the Aurora Riverwalk and then follow the path along the river until you reach the intersection with 5th Ave. Turn left onto 5th Ave and continue for about 1 mile. Oakhurst Forest Preserve will be on your right at 1680 5th Ave.
