Start at the Berwyn Metra Station. Board the train heading towards Chicago Union Station. Get off at the 'LaSalle Street' station. From there, walk to the Clark/Lake station to catch the 'Brown Line' train towards Kimball. Transfer to the 'Diversey' stop. Exit the train and walk east for about 15 minutes until you arrive at South Pond in Lincoln Park.

If you are in Berwyn town center, you can walk to South Pond. Head north on Ridgeland Avenue until you reach 16th Street. Turn left on 16th Street and continue until you reach the 'Pulaski' bus stop. From there, take the Pace Bus Route 324 to 'Pulaski & Diversey'. After getting off, walk east on Diversey Avenue for about 10 minutes to reach the pond.
