    From Bolingbrook, head to the nearest bus stop that services Pace Bus routes. Take the Pace route 834 towards the 'Plainfield Metra Station'. This bus will take you to the 'Naperville Metra Station'. Once you arrive at Naperville, transfer to the 'Metra BNSF Railway Line' train towards Chicago Union Station. After a 45-minute ride, disembark at the 'Union Station'. From Union Station, you can either walk to the Chicago Loop or catch a CTA bus or train for a short ride.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a local bike-share program. Start at the Bolingbrook Town Center and head north on the 35th Avenue bike path until you reach the DuPage River Trail. Follow the trail until you reach Naperville. From there, continue to follow the path towards the Metra station in Naperville. Take the Metra train from Naperville to Chicago Union Station. Once you arrive, you can easily bike to the Chicago Loop.
