Public Transit - Train
If you are near a 'L' train station, take the Red Line or the Blue Line towards downtown. If you are on the Red Line, get off at the 'State/Lake' station. From there, exit the station and head east on Washington St towards Wacker Dr. Turn right on Wacker Dr and continue until you reach 22 E Wacker Dr, where the Riverwalk is located. If you are on the Blue Line, get off at the 'Washington' station, walk east on Washington St, then turn right on Wacker Dr until you reach the Riverwalk.
Public Transit - Bus
You can take several bus routes that serve the downtown area. Look for the #20 Madison or #60 Blue Island bus lines. If you board the #20 Madison, get off at the stop at Wacker Dr. Walk east on Wacker Dr until you reach 22 E Wacker Dr. If you take the #60 Blue Island, get off at the stop at Washington St and walk east towards Wacker Dr, then turn right to reach the Riverwalk.
Walking
If you are already in the Loop area, the Riverwalk is easily accessible by foot. Start at any landmark such as the Chicago River or Millennium Park. From Millennium Park, head northeast towards the river, and you will find access points to the Riverwalk. Simply follow the river's edge until you reach 22 E Wacker Dr.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can use Divvy bikes, Chicago's bike-sharing program. Locate a nearby Divvy station and rent a bike. Head towards the Chicago River, following the bike lanes along the riverfront. You can find bike paths leading to the Riverwalk. Arriving at 22 E Wacker Dr, you can lock your bike at the designated bike racks along the Riverwalk.
