If you are in the West Loop, start by heading east on any street towards the main thoroughfare, which is Washington Blvd. Once you reach Washington Blvd, turn right and walk south for about 8-10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Dearborn St. Continue walking south on Dearborn St for about 3 blocks until you arrive at 140 S Dearborn St, which is the Marquette Building. The building is a historical landmark and should be easily identifiable.
Public Transit (Bus)
From the West Loop, you can take a bus to reach the Marquette Building. Find the nearest bus stop for the #20 Madison bus. Board the bus heading eastbound and ride for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Dearborn St stop. From there, walk south on Dearborn St for 1 block, and you will arrive at 140 S Dearborn St. The bus fare is $2.50, payable with a Ventra Card or exact cash.
Public Transit (Train)
You can take the Pink Line or the Green Line train from any nearby station in the West Loop. Board the train heading towards the Loop and get off at the 18th station for the Pink Line or the 35th for the Green Line. Then, transfer to the Orange, Brown, or Purple Line at the 'State/Lake' station. From there, it’s a short walk: head east on Lake St, turn left on Dearborn St, and walk south for about 3 blocks to reach 140 S Dearborn St. The train fare is $2.50, payable with a Ventra Card.
