From there, board the Metra Heritage Corridor line towards Chicago Union Station. After approximately 35 minutes, disembark at the 'Union Station' stop. From Union Station, walk to the nearby 'State/Lake' subway station and take the 'Brown Line' towards Kimball. After about 5 stops, get off at the 'Washington/Wells' station. Transfer to the 'Red Line' subway towards Howard, and after 2 stops, get off at 'Chicago' station. Finally, exit the station and walk 0.5 miles northeast to reach the Newberry Library located at 60 W Walton St.
