From Cicero, head to the closest bus stop on Cicero Avenue. Take the 'Cicero' bus (Route 54) heading north towards the Kedzie stop. This will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you reach Kedzie, transfer to the 'Pink Line' train at the Kedzie station. Ride the Pink Line to the '18th' station. Here, transfer to the 'Green Line' train heading towards Ashland. Stay on the Green Line until you reach the 'King Drive' station. Exit the train, and walk east on 47th Street until you reach South Stony Island Avenue. Turn left (north) and continue walking until you reach Midway Plaisance Park at 1130 Midway Plaisance. The total travel time is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

If you're near the Cicero Community Park, you can walk to Midway Plaisance Park. Start by heading east on 26th Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach California Avenue. Turn left and walk north for about 0.3 miles until you reach 18th Street. Turn right and continue east until you reach Stony Island Avenue. Turn left (north) and walk straight until you reach Midway Plaisance Park. This walk will take approximately 45 minutes.
